Zalgiris found themselves down 35-33 at the halftime break, but stepped up their game after the intermission and outscored their opponents 48-27 in the third and fourth quarters.
Chris Kramer was the only double-digit scorer for Lietuvos Rytas with 16 points next to his name in his losing effort.
Earlier in the day, Lietkabelis triumphed in the third-place game after defeating Dzukija 81-78 in a close-fought game.
